Rental Areas and Maximum Capacities:

Lobby: Banquet (rounds of 8) – 184
Gazebo: 30 inside Gazebo, 300+ outside Gazebo, table and chairs to be supplied by Lessee

Grand Lobby Weekday (Mon-Thurs) 6-Hour Rate: $750 Full Day Rate: $990
Grand Lobby Weekend (Fri-Sun) 6-Hour Rate: $990 Full Day Rate: $1100
Grand Lobby Corporate Rate Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm 6-Hour Rate: $380 Full Day Rate: $490
Gazebo – without Grand Lobby reservation  Gazebo – with Grand Lobby reservation 6-Hour Rate: $150 Full Day Rate: $375$50/with existing reservation

 

Rental Equipment Rates:

Tablecloth – White or Black $7.00/cloth $8.50 w/flame retardant
Napkin – White or Color $1.00 each
Skirted Table – 3/4 skirting $22.50 each
Skirted Table – full skirting $22.50 each
Media Rental: Overhead projector, screen, sound equipment $25/event

 

Other Fees:

Cleaning/Hourly Overage Deposit (due at contract signing) $250.00
Custodial Service $50.00/hour/man
Professional Photo Shoot Appointment Necessary $50/hour (2 hour minimum)

 

Special rates and discounts may apply. Ask your Sales Consultant for details. If an event extends into the next rental period, the rental rate will be $95 per additional hour. A 50% discount is available for two move-in days and one move-out day. This offer is based on availability. Tax will be charged for applicable items. Tax exempt organizations must present proof at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change. Contact your Sales Consultant to verify current pricing.
