Support the Museum

Help us preserve our history! Although the Railroad & Heritage Museum receives support from the City of Temple, our private not-for profit organization must rely on the generosity of friends and supporters to help us develop programs and exhibits, provide education and other services to our visitors, preserve railroad history, and fulfill our mission.

There are many different ways to support the Museum and we truly appreciate all the support provided.

Membership	Individuals and families are invited to join the Museum. Members are important supporters of the Museum who get to visit as often as they like free of charge. If you are not a member, please consider joining today. There are several membership categories available with a variety of benefits offered. Membership in the Museum also makes a nice and considerate gift. Click on the
Corporate Partnership	Businesses and organizations can assist the Museum in numerous ways. Our partners can make monetary donations or can contribute goods or services the Museum needs for daily operations or special events. Opportunities and benefits can be seen on the by clicking here.
Donations and Gifts	The Museum is always appreciative of financial contributions. Monetary donations can be dedicated to specific projects or can be made for unrestricted use by the Museum. You may also make donations in honor of or in memory of others (click here). In addition, the Museum would be happy to consider accepting any railroad-related artifacts or memorabilia that you think would help us tell our railroad story. We encourage you to contact the Museum for information or to discuss donor opportunities that meet your specific needs.
Volunteers	Individuals are also encouraged to be a part of Central Texas railroad history by volunteering at the Museum. Volunteers are scheduled as often or as little as they wish and hours are flexible. Check out the positions available on the Volunteer page
